Construction of Teaser Trailer

During the construction of my teaser trailer I took screenshots of me using the software while the editing process continued. This is important to document how I used and carried out my editing skills. 

First draft - Movie Poster

Following the codes and conventions of  a movie poster was important in creating a professional looking piece - as this is my first draft there are many improvements that could be made. And so, with target audience feedback I will be able to recreate a real movie poster adapting my efforts in this draft to my final draft.

As part of preparing to film my teaser trailer I looked at behind the scenes videos of the making and production of 'The Lovely Bones', in doing this I was able to witness the background effort that went into the creation of the teaser trailer and film. This gave me an indication of what to expect when I go to film my very own teaser trailer.

Flatplans - Movie Magazine (front cover)

Again, I have created two flatplans for my movie magazine front cover. The codes and conventions of these were the same as the codes and conventions of the music magazine front cover which I completed as part of my AS Media Portfolio and so this task will be easier to complete this year a I am familiar with the process of producing a magazine front cover.
